Learning aims are related to each individual session and shows the smaller steps to get to the outcome. The learning outcome is what the learner will be able to do once they have completed your training.
This is the title of the degree programme that will embed the endorsed elements. Please insert the full official title.
All endorsed CPD must specify a prerequisite fitness qualification that a REPS India member must have in order to undertake the training ie Certificate in Gym Instructing or Personal Training.
The Guided Learning Hours refer to the total amount of time the learner will require to commit in order to achieve their certificate. This can combine guided (taught) and self-directed learning.

Mapping is very important but also quite simple – so don't over think it! Mapping for the award shows how your learner is covering all of the National Occupational Standards (NOS). Please note that you have to map 100% to the toolkit. Go to the mapping table, find the discipline that you are looking to gain approval for and select the relevant mapping toolkit(s). You must identify on the certificate of achievement the NOS number/s your award has been mapped to so that the learner can evidence what they have already been assessed on if going on to other further training – this is known as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and will save the learner from having to repeat what they have already learnt. How to map: You must map your Award 100% to the competences (what they must do) and knowledge requirements (what they must understand). The blank column on the right is where you reference all the areas within your award where it relates to that specific knowledge or competency. Please note that you can map the NOS to many areas within your award, for example to the learner resources, tutor pack, assessments, PowerPoint presentations, administrators pack. You can map to anything within your award just as long as it corresponds to the knowledge requirement or competency. Please attach the evaluation form for your event, which should include feedback on the venue, presentations/workshops, presenters/workshop leaders, and organisation of the event. Evaluation form feedback is essential for planning future events.
Please supply a copy of your validation document, along with the programme specification for all modules of awards submitted for endorsement and the module descriptors.

Please provide an example of the teaching materials and delivery resources from one lecture in the endorsed programme ie lecture notes, handouts, lesson plans, PowerPoint.
Please upload the official confirmation from your awarding organisation which lists the qualification(s) you are approved to deliver as an accredited centre. This must be on headed paper and dated. NB: Qualifications that are on the REPs framework and delivered 100% online cannot be included in this application, and are not recognised by REPs.
Two certificates are required - one showing where the endorsement logos will go for REPS India members holding the prerequisite qualification, one without logos for the others.
Please attach your latest quality assurance report from your awarding organisation. Please note we only accept submissions from providers who are deemed Low Risk by their awarding organisation.
Ensure you have provided a consent form that relates to the specific criteria of an athlete who may be under contract – see the Endorsement Guide for full details.
You must provide letters of support for the technical content of the programme from at least two clinical medical specialists who have expertise in the field which is covered by this course. Please refer to the submission guide to ensure your letters meet the full criteria.

Awarding organisation assessments (practical/theory) do differ. To ensure that the qualification meets industry standards, please upload a Word document detailing how you will assess it here. If more than one qualification include the exact title (the number will depend on the Accredited product you have chosen). For example, Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction: Assessment: - Multiple choice questions (MCQ) - Practical observation (six week training programme) - Health and Safety worksheet
Please list the qualification title(s) that your awarding organisation has approved you to deliver as an accredited centre, as well as the total guided learning hours (GLH) for each one. The number of qualifications you enter will depend on the Accredited product you have chosen. These titles appear on your centre approval letter and certificates to learners, and must be replicated exactly here.

An additional fee of £200 will be applicable if your submission is incomplete and your technical evaluation report status is Further Evidence Required.
