If your learners do not have the Certificate in Gym instructing mapped to REPS India Standards, they will not receive a PD:Approval certificate of achievement for this Certificate in Personal Training.

Please refer to the Learner Pack information in the Accreditation Guide for any additional learner materials you must provide if they are not included in your manual.

Your LAP must include all the assessment materials for your learners ie case studies, worksheets, multiple choice questions etc, as well as the marking criteria, learner answer sheets, etc.






You must provide a lesson plan for every session. Check out the template lesson plan in the Resource Bundle (Tutor Pack) in your Accreditation Pack.

Centres submitted for approval must include sites you will use for students undertaking the qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL))

Page 6 - Other Evidence Required



You must complete a Biography Template for each of your team members (tutors, assessors and internal quality assurers). Please do not send in CVs. You must also provide all the supporting certificates to evidence your team members' skills and qualifications - please ensure each file you upload starts with the team member's name for ease of reference.

Download the team matrix and complete it with details of your proposed faculty team.




Please upload a high quality .png version of your company logo so that we can add it to the Certificate of Achievement we will award to your successful learners.



Page 7 - Fees

The cost of your accreditation submission is:


Price (£): £850 (this sum is subject to Tax Deducted at Source of 20.8%)

Price (£): £1150 (this sum is subject to Tax Deducted at Source of 20.8%)

As you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of four quarterly payments for 40 learner manuals. You have the option to purchase all 160 manuals in one go to gain a 5% discount (see below).


As you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two payments of 25 learner manuals. You have the option to purchase all 50 manuals in one go to gain a 5% discount (see below).


As you have confirmed that you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manuals (Core and Mat-based Pilates), you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two six monthly payments for 25 learner manuals. 

As you will be using the PD:Approval digital Diploma in Special Populations Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for 50 learner manuals. Subsequent digital manuals will be paid for via learner registration.
Incomplete or incorrect evidence

An additional fee of £200 may be charged if your evaluator has to request additional evidence, which must be paid before further evaluation can take place.

When you press Submit below, your application will be sent to the Professional Development Team at PD:Approval who will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you via email. Once payment is received, your application and evidence will be reviewed by one of our technical evaluators and a report will be sent to you within 10 working days of the receipt of your payment.

Please note your submission fee payment is subject to Tax Deducted at Source of 10.4%.
