If your learners do not have the Certificate in Gym instructing mapped to REPS India Standards, they will not receive a PD:Approval certificate of achievement for this Certificate in Personal Training.

Your LAP must include all the assessment materials for your learners ie case studies, worksheets, multiple choice questions etc, as well as the marking criteria, MCQ answers, etc. See the Accreditation Guide for more information.








You must provide a fully timed lesson plan for every session.  Use the template in the Resource Pack.

Ensure you include the number of hours for each day and the type of delivery.

Page 6 - Other Evidence Required


Your learner enrolment process must include all the information outlined in the accreditation guide, as well as a mechanism to gain the learner's permission to share their details with PD:Approval.

Page 7 - Fees

The cost of your accreditation submission is:

Price (£): £600(this sum is subject to Tax Deducted at Source)

As you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of four quarterly payments for 20 learner manuals. You have the option to purchase all 80 manuals in one go to gain a 5% discount (see below).


As you will be using the PD:Approval Pilates Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two payments of 20 learner manuals. You have the option to purchase all 80 manuals in one go to gain a 5% discount (see below).


As you have confirmed that you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manuals (Core and Mat-based Pilates), you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two six monthly payments for 25 learner manuals. 

As you will be using the PD:Approval digital Diploma in Special Populations Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for 50 learner manuals. Subsequent digital manuals will be paid for via learner registration.

An additional fee of £250 may be charged if your evaluator has to request additional evidence, which must be paid before further evaluation can take place.

When you press Submit below, your application will be sent to the Professional Development Team at PD:Approval who will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you via email. Once payment is received, your application and evidence will be reviewed by one of our technical evaluators and a report will be sent to you within 10 working days of the receipt of your payment.
