(This will also be the title of your qualification)


If your learners do not have the Certificate in Gym instructing mapped to REPS India Standards, they will not receive a PD:Approval certificate of achievement for this Certificate in Personal Training.

Please refer to the Learner Pack information in the Accreditation Guide for any additional learner materials you must provide if they are not included in your manual.

Your LAP must include all the assessment materials for your learners ie case studies, worksheets, tasks. Please include multiple choice questions and answers, as well as the marking criteria. See the Accreditation Guide for more information.

Please provide details of the equipment and facilities you have at the training centre you will be using for the delivery and assessment of your accredited qualification, along with a short video showing everything that you have indicated; you will have the opportunity to submit details of additional centres. Centres submitted for approval must include sites you will use for students undertaking the qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL))

If you have other centres you wish to gain approval for, you can do this post-approval.

Page 6 - Other Evidence Required


Your learner enrolment process must include all the information outlined in the accreditation guide, as well as a mechanism to gain the learner's permission to share their details with PD:Approval.


Download the team matrix and complete it with details of your proposed faculty team.






Ensure you include the number of hours for each day and the type of delivery.






Page 7 - Fees

The cost of your accreditation submission is:

Price (£): £600(this sum is subject to Tax Deducted at Source)

As you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two six-monthly payments for 25 learner manuals. 

As you will be using the PD:Approval Pilates Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two payments of 25 learner manuals. 

As you have confirmed that you will be using the PD:Approval Learner Manuals (Core and Mat-based Pilates), you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for the first of two six monthly payments for 25 learner manuals. 

As you will be using the PD:Approval digital Diploma in Special Populations Learner Manual, you will be invoiced once you have gained Interim Approval for 50 learner manuals. Subsequent digital manuals will be paid for via learner registration.

When you press Submit below, your application will be sent to the Professional Development Team at PD:Approval who will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you via email. Once payment is received, your application and evidence will be reviewed by one of our technical evaluators and the initial report will be sent to you within 15 working days of the receipt of your payment.

Please note your submission fee payment is subject to Tax Deducted at Source.
